The Project Implementation Group is responsible for the project management, project engineering, quality management, project controls, and document control of all projects done by Upside. The goal of the group is to ensure that each project is executed with efficiency and excellence. Our Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that we capture the lessons learned on each project and that we are continually improving.

Our experienced project managers are tasked with the overall integration of the different disciplines at Upside ensuring successful project execution.

Project Engineering

Project Engineers develop the scope definition and design documents and coordinate the production of project deliverables. They are the communication pipeline between the client, third party consultants, vendors, field construction and other stakeholders.

Quality

At Upside, we are proud to have our QMS aligned with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. While the maintenance of the QMS falls to the Quality Department, Upside believes that quality is an integral part of everyone’s work. The Quality Department conducts regular audits of the projects to ensure compliance and to identify areas for continuous improvement.

In the world of project management, project controls tracks the financial health of projects. The project controls team plays a lead role in creating project budgets and schedules. They provide on-going review of project progress and cost during the execution phase.

Document Control

Our dedicated team manages all project documents ensuring we meet or exceed our client’s expectations regarding document distribution while providing traceability and a high level of security.
